Army and FC Deployment Approved for Muharram Security

The Sindh Home Ministry, army and Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel are set to be deployed across Sindh during the month of Muharram to ensure security and maintain peace. This deployment has been approved by the Interior Ministry under Sections 4 and 5 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997, similar to deployments in other provinces across the country.

The Interior Ministry’s approval allows army and FC personnel to take control of any area as requested by civil administration authorities, emphasizing their role in supporting local law enforcement efforts.

According to directives issued by the federal Ministry of Interior, the deployment of army forces will be conducted in collaboration with the civil administration to effectively manage security concerns during Muharram.
