The Federal Cabinet has approved the budget documents for the upcoming fiscal year, and the budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 will be presented in the National Assembly shortly.

The Federal Cabinet meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. During the meeting, budget proposals were presented and subsequently approved by the Cabinet.

The Cabinet meeting approved packages for farmers, youth, and industries. The Federal Finance Minister will announce all schemes for the upcoming fiscal year in his budget speech.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister ordered all officers to leave the Cabinet meeting, after which all officers exited the meeting and only ministers remained. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
