Downdetector.com reported that X, formerly known as Twitter, faced issues with users unable to view posts. A message welcoming users to “X” appeared on the social media site. Meanwhile, X Pro, formerly TweetDeck, encountered loading problems, displaying a message saying “Waiting for posts.”

Downdetector data revealed that over 47,000 users in the United States encountered access issues with both X and X Pro during the disruption.

The problem with X’s recent name change? Meta, Microsoft, and numerous others own trademarks linked to the new Twitter name.

Downdetector, which compiles status reports from various sources, including user feedback, tracked the outages and reported disruptions globally.

Users in Pakistan also reported facing access disruptions to the social media platform during this period.

Fortunately, the services were swiftly restored after a brief disruption, bringing relief to users affected by the outage.
