Imran Khan and Others Seek Pre-Arrest Bail in Terrorism Cases

Requests for pre-arrest bail have been filed in terrorism cases against PTI founder Imran Khan and others at the Sangjani and I-9 police stations. The hearing took place today at the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad, presided over by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.

Present in court were Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and ruling party member Raja Khurram Shehzad. Judge Sipra, during the proceedings, summoned Gandapur and requested Khurram Shehzad to provide copies of the challan.

The court adjourned the hearing until July 29, when formal charges are expected to be presented against the accused.
