However, the notification specified an exemption from the price hike for protected consumers utilizing 25 to 90 cubic meters per month. Nonetheless, fixed charges for this category were raised from Rs10 to Rs400. The announcement highlighted that non-protected domestic consumers would face a staggering rise of over 172% in gas prices. Consumers using 25 cubic meters: Revised from Rs200 to Rs300 per mmBtu
Consumers using 60 cubic meters: Revised from Rs300 to Rs600 per mmBtu
Consumers using 100 cubic meters: Revised from Rs400 to Rs1,000 per mmBtu
Consumers using 150 cubic meters: Revised from Rs600 to Rs1,200 per mmBtu
Consumers using 200 cubic meters: Revised from Rs800 to Rs1,600 per mmBtu
