Sindh Board of Revenue Introduces E-Registration for Property Transactions

The Board of Revenue in Sindh has announced e-registration under Section 6 (2) of the Sindh Registration Act, 1908. This move aims to streamline property transactions in the region. The notification includes the sub-registrar office in Shah Faisal Town and the registrar office in Clifton Town-1, Karachi.

Further expansion of e-registration to other sub-registrar offices will occur following successful implementation and readiness assessment by the Director of LARMIS, Board of Revenue Sindh.

The Sindh Registration Act of 1908 was introduced to establish a uniform system for registering documents pertaining to property transfer, leasing, or mortgage.
