Federal Tax Ombudsman Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah lauded the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for its swift resolution of taxpayers’ issues during a meeting with Member Inland Revenue (Operations) Mir Badshah Khan Wazir and his team. The discussions centered on various matters related to addressing concerns raised by taxpayers.

Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah commended the FBR’s performance in promptly addressing the problems faced by taxpayers and the speedy implementation of decisions made by the Federal Tax Ombudsman.

Mir Badshah Khan Wazir, Member Inland Revenue (Operations), expressed gratitude to the Federal Tax Ombudsman for the acknowledgment and pledged to prioritize the resolution of taxpayers’ concerns. He expressed confidence that the FBR’s revenue generation performance would see further enhancement under the guidance of the Federal Tax Ombudsman.

During the meeting, Federal Tax Ombudsman Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah presented certificates and shields to several officers, including Chief Refunds Muhammad Imtiaz, Chief Formations Mirza Nasir Ali, Secretary Revenue Budget Bilal Zamir, and Secretary IT Ehsan Ullah Mehsood, in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
